Our Story

Small Spaces. Big Possibilities.

A different approach to making food service more efficient, flexible and accessible.

Grab & Go Concepts began with a simple goal: help make enjoying a meal away from home more affordable. Traditional restaurants carry significant overhead—large spaces, expensive leases, extensive build-outs, staffing, utilities and equipment. Ultimately, much of that cost finds its way into the price the customer pays.

Our Solution

We created a compact, standardized food kiosk designed around focused menus, efficient equipment and a much smaller footprint.

The idea is simple: reduce unnecessary space, equipment and operating complexity while still providing customers with great food and plenty of choice.

Focused Menus. Efficient Kitchens.

Our concepts aren't designed to reproduce a full restaurant inside a 5' × 7' kiosk.

Instead, each concept offers a small number of carefully targeted menu items, helping reduce ingredients, inventory, preparation and waste.

Where appropriate, heat-and-serve preparation and compact heat presses can replace larger traditional cooking equipment, making better use of the kiosk's limited space.

One Kiosk. Many Concepts.

The underlying kiosk stays the same. The concept can change.

Interchangeable signage, menus and branding allow an operator to test different concepts and determine what works best at a particular location—without investing in an entirely new kiosk each time.

One structure. Focused menus. Efficient equipment. Interchangeable concepts.

Sharing Storefront Space

Many businesses lease more space than they actually need—but they still pay for every square foot.

Our Shared Storefront Integration provides an opportunity to place a compact kiosk within underutilized storefront space.

The host business gains a potential revenue stream to help offset lease costs, while the kiosk operator gains access to a location without taking on an entire storefront.

One space. Two businesses. Shared economics.

A Flexible Solution for Malls

Vacant storefronts can also create underutilized space within shopping centers.

A portable Grab & Go kiosk can be positioned near an unleased storefront, creating activity and a potential revenue stream while the space awaits a new tenant.

When the storefront is leased, the kiosk can simply be relocated to another appropriate location.

A Different Approach to Food Service

More affordable options for customers.
Smaller and more efficient food-service operations.
New ways for businesses to monetize unused space.
Flexible revenue opportunities for property owners.
The ability to test and change concepts without continually reinvesting in the structure.

At the center of it all is one simple idea:

SMALL SPACES. BIG POSSIBILITIES.
